#SNOWDAY @ Gorse Hill.

So December 10th not only brought Santa to visit but it also brought the snow. We have seen quite a substantial dusting of snow this year which has meant making sure the animals are bedded up to keep warm along with having extra food to keep their energy up. We are also checking on the water supplies regularly to make sure they are not freezing over. The farm does look very pretty in a blanket of white but snow certainly brings its challenges.

Santa has kindly agreed to visit us again next Saturday 16th December because so many people missed out on seeing him because the weather was so bad. He will be at the farm from 11:00 to 15:00 so be sure not to miss out this time it will be the last chance to catch him for this festive season. He will be much too busy getting the sleigh packed up ready for that epic journey on December 24th.

We have also decided to extend the photo scavenger hunt competition and the name the piglets competition to next weekend so that more people have the chance to enter. We do hope to see you at the farm throughout the week especially next Saturday.
